TMS570LS Series – ARM Cortex-R4F based MCUs for safety critical transportation applications offering over 250 DMIPS, with up to 2MB on-chip Flash, and a wide range of high-performance intelligent real time control and communication peripherals.

Safety Critical Features, such as:

  • Dual CPU's in Lockstep
  • CPU Logic Built in Self Test (LBIST)
  • Flash & RAM w/ ECC (w/ bus protection)
  • Memory Built-in Self Test (PBIST)
  • Cyclic redundancy checker module (CRC)
  • Peripheral RAMs protected by Parity
Device Parameters
  • Flash Options: 1 and 2 MB options
  • RAM Options: 128 and 160 KB options
  • Timer Options: 25 or 32 pins
  • ADC Options: 20, 24 pins
  • CAN Options: 2 or 3 interfaces
  • Flexray Option available
  • EMIF, Trace, and Calibration Interfaces available on BGA package
